Queremos impedir que el Gobierno de Chile incluya en esta ley a los perros abandonados, el término "perros salvajes" es un concepto que no existe y ha sido creado exclusivamente para poder dar solución al tema de la sobrepoblación canina. Por años grupos animalistas hemos peleado contra el Estado de Chile para impedir las matanzas de perros y hoy el Gobierno pretende legalizarlas mediante una ley que es completamente inmoral.

We want to prevent that the Government of Chile includes in this law the abandoned dogs, the term " wild dogs " is a concept that does not exist and has been created exclusively to be able to give solution to the topic of the canine overcrowding. Per years groups animalistas have fought against the State of Chile to prevent the slaughters of dogs and today the Government tries to legalize them by means of a law that is completely immoral.

Hemos creado una cuenta para donaciones vía ChipIn (USD) que tiene como finalidad reunir dinero para / We have created a donation account via ChipIn (USD) which will be useful to:

Ella es "Garrapata", estamos monitoreando su sarna, ya que es del tipo no contagiosa llamada demodécica, necesitamos donaciones de medicamentos o donación en dinero a través de nuestras cuentas (It is called "Garrapata", we are monitoring his mange. Don Fernando y sus amigos (Mr. Fernando and his friends)

Don Fernando es una persona que vive en el ex – vertedero, tiene aproximadamente 50 entre perros y gatos abandonados por personas irresponsables que viven en la ciudad de Antofagasta, Chile ( He Mr. Fernando is a person who lives in ex-verterdero (an old dumping site), has approximately 50 animals between dogs and cats left by irresponsible persons who live in the city of Antofagasta, Chile).

Este Blog esta orientado a la ayuda, difusión y defensa animal en la ciudad de Antofagasta, Chile. A continuación la descripción del grupo en ayuda especifica que se está realizando en estos momentos:

Descripción 

Este grupo tiene como fin ir en ayuda de los animales (perros y gatos) que son abandonado en el (Antofagasta, Chile), también se ayuda a las personas que viven en tomas en ese lugar, una de estas personas es Don Fernando, un caballero que lleva años viviendo en esas condiciones, obteniendo dinero de la venta de latas vacías de bebidas y cervezas. Él está a cargo de aproximadamente 35 perros y 15 gatos abandonados en esos lugares, la capacidad de ayuda que él puede entregar es casi nula, ya que el no posee los medios para solventar la compra de alimentos para esos animalitos abandonados.

En la misma línea existen varias familias que tienen perros y gatos abandonados que viven en el mismo sector, y también están siendo ayudados por este grupo.

Este grupo esta conformado por Voluntarios Activistas Animalistas Independientes.

La ayuda que se presta en terreno son:

- Entrega de alimentos tanto para perros y gatos, como para las personas que viven en el lugar.

- Entrega de vitaminas y supervisión de veterinarios al lugar para observar el estado de los animales, además del tratamiento de la sarna.

- Esterilización y castración de gatos y perros.

- Se está trabajando en las adopciones para la mayoría de los perros y gatos del lugar.

Donaciones

Aceptamos todo tipo de ayuda:

- Monetaria (Vía personal con algún administrador del grupo o vía cuenta de banco acreditada por nosotros).

- Alimentación para perros y gatos (cachorros o adultos), además para animales de corral como: Patos, Gallinas, cerdos, etc.

- Medicamentos para animales.

- Ropa y alimento para personas.

- Transporte.

- Ayuda en terreno, voluntarios animalistas independientes (activistas) / anotarse con los administradores.

- Apadrinar una esterilización o castración.

- Difusión de adopciones.

- Hogares temporales o definitivos.

- Necesitamos ayuda en el tema legal o denuncias si fuese necesario (Abogados).

Podemos ayudar a otros casos de otras agrupaciones que sean importantes e impactantes para llevar una cruzada de amor y ayuda en post de la defensa animal.

Description 

This is a non-profit group which aims to help animals (cats and dogs) that are abandoned in a place called “site” (an old dumping site) in the northern area of the city. It also supports people living in a slum settlement located in the same area. For instance, there is Mr. Fernando, he has been living in precarious conditions, collecting cans and making money from it for a long time. He looks after 35 dogs and 20 cats approximately; However, he is unable to afford all these animals needs because he does not have enough money to buy food. Many other families living in “ex vertedero” help these abandoned dogs and cats and they are being supported by some of the groups volunteers.

This group is formed by independent animal rights activists.

Activities:

- Give food for dogs, cats and for the people living in the site.

- Give vitamins and medical attention to abandoned animals in the area and also give treatment of scabies in dogs.

- Neuter and spay cats - Dogs.

- Find homes for all of them after their treatments.

Donations.

We receive all kind of help.

- Financial support (giving money personally to one of the volunteers, and making a deposit in the group bank account)

- Cats and dogs food, puppies food.

- Animal medications.

- Food and clothes for the people living in the “site”.

- Transportation.

- Volunteers working on site.

- Sponsor a cat or dog spayed/neuter.

- Spreading adoption information.

- Homes or Foster houses.

- Legal help and support.

And we also support cases from other animal right groups.
